Write an email to your client  requesting rescheduling planned meeting at last time .

Subject : Request for reschedule meeting


Dear ABC,

I regret to inform you that I am rescheduling our meeting which was supposed to be held on DATE [Jan,10,2013] .

  We take online services from other service vendors to implement few of functionality .But from past few days their services have some technical issues. so they are unable to provide service.

   we are maintaining contact with them. They will hopefully rectify this problem by tomorrow . 

    if they are not able to rectify problem by tomorrow then we will take service from another vendor.

I am sure, we will complete this task within 2 days.

I am requesting to rearrange the meeting on DATE[]. sorry for the inconvenience.

  I am looking forward for your response.
